It turns out that almost all of my muscles were very tight. With patience and great skill he worked on everything, leaving me in much less discomfort. He was so professional, used just the right amount of pressure to help me, and gave me one of the best massages I have had. The space is clean and soothing and easy to get to from downtown SP. I am realizing that I need to make regular massage a part of my exercise regime as I grow older and my muscles have less ability to bounce back.
